Read This

Another good article from the Round Stable.

In a possible internet first, there's also this comment worth reading.

  1. In my opinion the brony community will keep on growing as the show keeps on providing and vise versa. The way that we change not only the Internet but the world is just incredible and I believe hasbro doesn't want us to stop spreading the magic of friendship for a long while.

    1. To sum it up, bronies have essentially hijacked the show to the point where it has become less about the show itself and more about the fanbase. The show is known more for its fans than it is for being a good show, which isn't really a good thing. I wholeheartedly agree.

  5. I think everyone should read this. It's pretty deep, a bit sad, and a reminder that we should all tout the show for it's qualities, and not for our willingness to watch a "girls show". It is fine to mention how the show/fandom has helped so many people, but we can't forget the original intent of it and how important that intent was to the show's success. I am glad the show and fandom as done all it's accomplished, but we should also be looking for this kind of positive change in all the shows we watch, not just accepting the drivel we get from "normal" media.

I just hope I have summed up my thoughts succinctly and appropriately.
