Dear Princess Celestia

Updated 2/25/2012

Today we learned that even though our plans may start out rocky, if we work together (and sometimes split up into separate teams), we can capture lots and lots of domination points. This may not be all that educational, or save any patients, or even make any amusing doodles, but it's not like we bought xBoxes so we could be productive. What we did do, though, is show those chumps who's baus. Good job, everypony! Except those who didn't participate. We can see all the capture stats for the op, so start packing your suitcases for a vacation on the moon.

Speaking of stats, Elite is crapping out again, as usual, but the last time we were able to see them, our top six, Marsbringer, Punsy Charlatan, me (^_^), AppleDash, ImScootaloo, and ForsakenGenesis had us in the top 10%, on track for a gold medal! So, shout outs! Special mention to ir1337noob, who had enough caps to get into the top six, but doesn't have premium and so didn't get counted in the official stats, and RainbowxxxDash, who wrecked a lot of face and was a close runner-up. We'll update this post as we learn more about the stats.

Tomorrow's a defend op! Get back into domination and act like a bush. I won't be able to make it, but the top performer who doesn't know me in real life can get a pony picture, I guess? I don't really have much else to offer in terms of prizes, but I figured that it'd be cool to have some kind of incentive.

Sunday's a team deathmatch op, so that's our real opportunity to show them the true power of our friendship. I guess the prize for that one is a copy of Medical Genetics for the Modern Clinician? This is an excellent introductory text for ponies interested in mechanisms of heredity and genetic diseases with a focus on clinical relevance, written by Judith Westman, clinical director of the Division of Human Genetics at the OSU College of Medicine. You'll get more detail about genetics in any textbook devoted to the subject (Molecular Biology of the Cell and Stracham and Read's Human Molecular Genetics are good), but it's a great handbook written by a doctor who also happens to write genetics questions for the USMLE.

Mars has also offered to draw something for the winner on Sunday, if you'd prefer that.

Update: it looks like our clan's leaderboard is more or less final, so PenguinEmperor also deserves a shoutout for being part of our mane six! Here's a screencap of the official leaderboard as of 2:42 AM 2/25/2012. Congratulations again for everyone's hard work! We get 1,000 exp!

Wonder why the leaderboards won't load!
Laugh at all the chumps trying to recruit people to their two-bit clan!
