Announcing the First Decenniel Juggernaut Races!

Howdy, y'all! So, here's the competition I mentioned a bit ago: JUGGERNAUT RACES! There will be three separate races, with separate prizes:

1) Individual Recon: Who can get the fastest Juggernaut Recon in a public match? In the comments to this post, show us a screenshot in the theatre when the Juggernaut Recon icon appears, either overhead in the HUD or down by your unlocked pointstreaks! We'll use the time remaining to calculate how early in the match it happened. If you play hardcore, you're kinda out of luck, I guess? Maybe two screenshots, one of the award, and one immediately after of the scoreboard/timer? Anyway, KEEP THE VIDEO YOUR SCREENSHOT IS FROM IN YOUR THEATRE SO WE CAN VERIFY YOUR GLORIOUS VICTORY. We'll review everything on Saturday, Oct. 6th, so have your comment ready by then!

2) Individual Assault: Same rules as above, except that if you don't get it on your first life, you can screencap from a later one: take two screenshots, one from the 3rd person perspective of you dying, and one when you get the award. We'll compare timestamps to calculate your time. Again, KEEP THE VIDEO YOUR SCREENSHOT IS FROM IN YOUR THEATRE SO WE CAN VERIFY YOUR GLORIOUS VICTORY.

3) Team Juggernaut Races: So, this one is a little different. Depending on interest, we will have either a single elimination, double elimination, or round robin tournament to determine the winners among several teams of 4. Each match will consist of a ground war lobby with 9 players - 2 competing teams of 4 and one referee. Whichever team gets all 4 of their members into Juggernaut suits (Recon or Assault, doesn't matter) first wins! If neither team manages to get all 4 Juggernauts, there will be a tiebreaker round where the first person to call in (NOT EARN, CALL IN) a juggernaut wins the game for his or her team. The referee will save the video to his or her file share and review it immediately after the match to determine the winning team (not necessary for a tiebreaker, where the name will pop up onscreen). This tournament will start at noon on Saturday, Oct. 6th (unless that time doesn't work for a lot of people, I'm flexible), so get your teams together and mark your calendars! YOU HAVE TO ENTER YOUR TEAM ON THIS GOOGLE DOC SO THAT I CAN ORGANIZE BRACKETS/ROUND ROBIN SCHEDULES. IF YOU DON'T, YOU WILL NOT BE IN THE RACE.

"Whatever, chump, what about the PRIZES???"
The winners of the individual juggernaut races will each receive a code for 800 Microsoft points!

Each member of the winning juggernaut team will also receive a code for 800 Microsoft points!

SHOW US YOUR SWAG. WHO IS THE IRON PONY?

One last thing, every entrant has to be a clan member, rocking his or her [Pony] tag for the competition. Ponies only, I'm not giving money to dragons or changelings or some shit.

UPDATE: Winners will be eligible for only one prize each. It's not as fun if one person takes home half the prizes.

    1. Everyone has at least 6 theatre slots. Use 1 for the video, and one or two for the screenshots.
