Hardcore KC Friday, 5-26-2012!

So is everypony ready to do it again? This will be interesting, since hardcore is so much faster than core. Anyway, I think the basic plan is to try the same strategy as last time, and we'll see how organized the other top clans can get! To take a little bit of the burden off of JiaJohn a little bit, I'd like to use this post to organize teams again. Sign up in the comments by providing the following information:
  • Your gamertag
  • If you would like to collect tags or play support (no promises on this one)
  • If you prefer to run Assault or Support killstreaks.
  • If you prefer Assault, what streaks you run and how reliably you get them (e.g. every other game, every game, twice a game). K/D is also helpful.
  • If there are any clanmates you would prefer to play with (again, no promises)
I hope to hear from ~40 of you again! We had 42 ponies in last time, so let's have some good turnout!

Update: It's really helpful to know what kind of killstreaks everyone runs! A team with 5 guys trying to call in attack choppers, and a team with 5 guys dropping UAV/Vests won't be as effective as two teams with a mix of killstreak support. Please let us know about your usual playstyle, if you can!

Update 2: SqaD x Leader wants to let us know that the winner of this coming op will need over 6000 confirms total. I think he was referring to Mars' performance here.

      It depends on what weapons I am rolling at the time really, I have no preference.

      If I was to do assault I can consistently get like Radar, Predator, Chopper. If it was an every other game I can run like Predator, Chopper, then any of the 9-10 killsteaks.

      If I do support I would probably have vests and just regular radar so it loops between the 4 and 5 KS faster than selecting a higher up support.

      My K/D is only 1.3, but I spend a lot of time just mindlessly running around getting kills so I die a lot in random games. I always do better when I actually try, like today was getting a lot of games with 2.0+ K/D. Also in objective games I go for the objective those over kills.

    i perfer people who will actually stay there fully. cuz some didnt show up later into the op. I already got two friends IRL, so i only need 3 people. i worked well with CMCxSoarin, My Little Derpy, and Flutteryguy.

    Hey i'm in for the Friday Op...after that I'm taking memorial day weekend off to relax and not worry about [Pony] Glory. I'm a solid support with 1.23 KD and penchant for shooting down things...I don't play well enough to get consistent assault streaks

    I get more kills and less deaths when I use assault. I will almost always get 2 predators per game. On bigger/more open maps I'll use Reaper and AC so I can call out enemy spawns. Otherwise I'll use the Heli. WALL-E is a beast on crowded maps.

    Would prefer to murder people in Pinkie's name again.

    Ooh ooh! I'd like to collect tags for this one, but barring that, I'd be running UAV/vests.

    Would anyone be available to run support for me in a 6-person test run later tomorrow night, maybe around 10:00 or 11:00 PM EST? I'm pretty confident that I can keep up with the scorers from the last op if I have the crazy level of friendship power that you guys provide, but either way, it'd be nice to get warmed up for this level of intensity.

    Also, it wasn't mentioned in the OP, but I'm down for the Domination ClOp on Saturday, naturally. I put a few of my better matches from the last one into my MW3 vault in case anyone wants to steal my secrets, although they're more geared towards a lone wolf style of play.

    Killstreak: UAV, Pred., Airstrike x2 or x3 worked pretty darn well. HC may make this a little less good. Or better. Who knows?
    K/D: 1.70, but I'm willing to throw it down the toilet if it means we get more tags!

    I think that I'll be able to play this Friday. if you can read this Mars, I still need that invite over ELITE to join the clan. Honestly, I don't care if i'm collecting tags or not, but I run support almost 24/7. I'll run ballistic vests and recon drone with recon perk. Extra try-hard for the best clan ever made!

    I'll be free for this op. Let me know if you need any help trying to form and balance teams as well as deciding what strike packages need to be used. I have so much free time I don't know what to do with it.
    I can run assault or support. Any group is fine but it would be nice to be in the Rainbow Ravagers again.
